GETTING BACK ON TRACK

We are continuing our trek East at a pretty nice pace and surprise, surprise – we have a tail wind! This next flight will get us back on track to our regular schedule after the changes from Bali.

We have any early departure to the airport due to several variations with today’s flights. Real and Dominique in their Citation Mustang opted to stay in Singapore for a few extra days of discovery. They will be departing Singapore for Mattala via Banda Aceh in Malaysia.

The two TBMs will launch from Langkawi to Banda Aceh for a tech stop. With both TBMs experiencing EDM issues at various points during the Journey, we all felt it safer to have a tech stop on the way to ensure enough range should an EDM issue occur mid flight. This leg of the Journey is predominantly over water. Thankfully no issues arose.

The remaining 3 aircraft – the CJ3, the CJ3+ and the PC-12 – are all going nonstop to Mattala, Sri Lanka.

Next stop – Sri Lanka!
