SINGAPORE, HERE WE COME!
We made it through the night without an eruption and we have finally arrived in Singapore. We are two days ahead of our scheduled arrival but with the eruption of Mount Agung looming, we had no choice.
We are in Singapore, our home for the next 2 nights. Once settled in at the Mandarin Oriental, we headed to the Marina Bay Sands' Towers for a scenic dinner, high above the city, at Spago, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant.
It is a must do while in Singapore. The views of the city below are tremendous and you get up close to the famous Marina Bay Sands infinity pool offering a very cool vista.
The amount of traffic at Bali airport is unbelievable. Here's the CJ3 hanging with the big boys
Our track out of Bali had us fly past Mount Agung in the distance.
Smooth sailing to Singapore but man was TCAS busy as we approached Singapore.
looks like a drunken pilot here, we were under the control of radar but covered quite the territory.
